The property is approximately one mile from the Princeville at Hanalei Prince and Makai Golf Courses, offering 45 holes of golf designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Hanalei Bay and the town of Hanalei, which offers small shops, galleries, taro farms and a historic church, are four miles away.

Features. Comprised of multiple one- and two-story buildings containing condominium units, Alii Kai offers ocean views from its position on a Princeville bluff. Amenities at the property include an outdoor pool and spa tub contained in a gated area. Picnic and barbecue areas are available for outdoor dining. Complimentary passes to the tennis facilities at the Princeville clubhouse are provided in the guest units. This is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.
