Front desk lady was rude. Someone delivered room towels instead of beach towels (which we don't know) and when we exchanged those towels, she was telling me those are not the beach towels and need to bring beach towels. I explained to her that's all we have and someone delivered by mistake and we have room towels (double quantities) she was not happy about it. She did exchange with beach towels but she said that beach towels can not be exchanged. We need to use the same towel through out our 5 days stay.
According to the advertisement, we suppose to get continental breakfast everyday but they said we can have only one time during 5 days stay and they start serving at 8:30 am. We end up not eating because it served too late.
We reserved ocean views but what we had was room way inside the big complex and we can see ocean view between other complex's roofs at least half mile from the ocean.
