| Banyan is centrally located to the activities that we were hoping do to while on the island. Was a little nervous about it, because we had never seen on our previous trips to Kauai, but we got a most excellent price! It was a 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath with a/c. We got into the 'room', we realized that it was 2 floors; 2 bedrooms n full bath upstairs (that were very hot) 1/2 bath n kitchen/living/dining area downstairs. The a/c where window units that were rather loud, and they hard trouble cooling the place and had timers on them so that they shut off after 6 (?) hours. So we would come home from our day out to a hot condo. Sparse untensils in the kitchen...but we made due. Over all it was a decent place espically for the price. The pool area was lovely with wonderful views of the harbor. |

| we enjoyed our stay there the rooms were clean
and the maintenance dept. came and changed
our light bulbs when they went out right away.
the furniture is starting to show some wear and
probabely should be replaced also the bed
creaks when you move around. we will
stay there again the price if fabulous |

| 空港に近く、利便性は抜群！かなり古い造りで、清潔感はあまりないものの、価格からすれば評価はいいのでは！コンドとしての備品は揃ってました。
ゴルフ主体の宿泊だったので、カウアイの各コースの中間に位置するため、非常に便利でした。 |

| Very roomy place. Stayed in a townhouse style condo with two bedrooms upstairs and a full kitchen dining and living room downstairs. 1.5 bath. Right across the street from Nawiliwili beach. Rooms a bit smallish, but plenty of closet and other house space to hang out. Had a birthday cake around the dining table fitting 5ppl comfortably. |

| It's the second time we stayed @ this resort and we really like the prices......Even though we hardly stayed in the room, it was a really comfort place to be in........ In the future, if we come for a visit again, we would stay at this resort, again....... |

| The facility at Banyan Harbor Resort was beyond my expectation. It provides a traveler a home environment and it is close to two shopping centers where there are places to eat and shop.
You definitely will get your money's worth. |
