| 就在机场边上，很便利，而且HILO机场本身不是很繁忙，所以不觉得吵。门口数不清的榕树很漂亮。 |

| We spent 2 nights here, between stays in Kona and flying to Lihue. Our intentions were to use the day to "do the volcano", which we did on a tour.
We were very happy with our choice of hotel. We had an ocean view room overlooking the harbour, bay, and coconut islane - couldn't have asked for better. The front desk staff were very helpful and always cheerful. The onsite restaurant, which we used only for breakfast, seemed pricey for the service we received. The hotel had at least two large groups of high school students staying with them, but they were either well-controlled by their supervisors, or their rooms were fat from ours, as we never heard a sound from them, or neighboring rooms, or from the hall, all of which provided good sleeps. We will, if we got back to Hilo, stay here again. |

| ヒロの空港でレンタカーを借りて移動しましたが，わずか10分程度でホテルに到着。海に面した部屋だったので，毎朝マウナケアがよく見えました。 |

| We loved the convenience of The Hilo Hawaiian. I would agree with others who have said to get an ocean-view room--its totally worth the extra money. However, the first room they gave us was musty smelling and although they changed it, that room should not be rented until its cleaned and the smell is gone. There is no exercise room or hot tub but the view and location are worth staying for! |

| The hotel was situated on Banyon Drive with all the old banyon trees planted by old celebrities and was quite beautiful. The gardens next door gave us a place to walk in the mornings and had wonderful vistas. The food was good, although the breakfast brunch was not very warm. The staff was very friendly on the whole and the view from the bar and restaurant was wonderful. Our room was very adequate and we had a great time |

| This hotel is a older building and is does show some. The public areas and rooms were fine however.
The hotel is on Banyan Drive about 1.5 miles from the old city area. I don’t think there is anything closer. Given that, all the “big” hotels are on Banyan Drive. It’s a pretty area.
Hilo has very restaurants. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was fine. |

| Hotel is relatively old, but the rooms are clean. In summary, good value and good location. Internet costs extra. |

| The Castle Hilo Hawaiian hotel was a great hotel. Conveniently located near the airport and about 45 minutes from the Volcano National Parks. The room was very clean and neat and the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. |

| We like this hotel because its very spacey, the Lobby is wide & the fresh air passes thru, the cark park is good as well, (we don't trust the valet park system,) we prefer to park our own car. The room is spacey and neat, bathroom is clean, in the next trip I like to be in this Hotel, because everything is good!!! |
