When we arrived we were told we had a no show the previous night and that we would be charged for not showing. We had an email showing we had canceled on time at no charge. We were also told the cost was $50.00 more because we checked a discount box for Hawaiian resident when making the reservation. We did not check that box or any other discount box.....very disorganized and confusing!

As each condo unit is privately owned then rented out what I am about to say is specific to unit112. It is obvious by the decor that the unit is cared for and maintained. Lounge chairs and chair and table on the lani were comfortable and we enjoyed the space. Dining room chair legs showing signs of insect infestation though not serious, yet. Other minor maintenance issues brought to the attention of the resort. Overall, it's a charming suite and good value for what we paid. We spent 2 weeks in it. Proximity to the beach excellent and the sunrise's were awesome from the lani.
