| Kamaole Sands is a fantastic location- across the street from the ocean and just minutes away from Wailea where there are lots of amazing beaches. I think the only thing we didn't like about Kamaole Sands is that they were very strict with the rules. Twice in 4 days we received phone calls from security for talking on our balcony after 10pm. Although we respect quite hours, it was a bit annoying that we couldn't enjoy being out on our balcony enjoying the warm night air just because of this rule. I still recommend you stay there, but hopefully the management will see this and go a little easier on their guests. |

| I was concerned about staying here after reading the reviews, but when me & my family arrived I have to say that all the bad reviews I read where wrong. The Kamole Sands was a great place to stay & my family loved it we will be back |

| My wife and I spent a week there. We only ate out a few times because we had a kitchen fully stocked with utensils, cookware, appliances, etc., plus there are several gas bbq's on-site. The pool was decent sized. They also had computers you could use with free Internet. Our room was plenty large for the two of us with a dining table and living room area. My only complaint would be that the bedroom curtains are very light and don't block out any sun, so the bedroom was bright as soon as the sun came up...don't know if all rooms are like that. Overall an excellent place. |

| This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and we will come back again. Conveniently located to great snorkeling spots from Ulua beach south to Ahihi Kinau state park. Close to shopping. Very nice facilities such as BBQs and pool. |

| The front desk was not up to par (gave us the wrong keys), but other than that, it's an excellent place to stay. Location is perfect, and rooms / kitchens are nice. |

| The staff made me feel very welcome and it was obvious that they were dedicated to their guest's comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were very clean and well stocked for a stay on the beach. |

| Basically a condo rental property. Unit was well furnished. Mine had a big screen TV. But the owners furnish them so your experience could vary. Property was well maintained given that it was built in 1983. The nicest part was that it was right across the street from a really nice beach park. So the Ocean was just a walk across the street. High Speed Internet was available for $10, but it was wireless and the signal wasn't great. But it was functional. |

| Units are extremely spacious and clean. Grounds are beautiful. Everything you need for the beach is already in your unit (e.g. beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats). BBQ grills, pools,exercise room all on property. |
