it was great, except that the pool area was not functioning. should have been on the website or something. i booked in order to use the pool. however, the management realized this and made and adjustment. i think they were really fair and helpful. a good management staff.

For the money no problem.
Exteriors are renovated, close to beaches and Kona : this hotel is ideally placed.
Interiors are average: ok to stay few days to one week... but they will need renovation soon.
