| Stayed here with my wife and son for 3 nights in June 2011.
I would recommend it to a friend, but would make sure they know about the AC.
Overall, I think the place is a good value. The location is excellent: it is on the beach, close to a grocery store, close to multiple restaurants and stores. It was also clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there were also boogie boards and other beach equipment in the unit.
That said, the decor and furnishings are old and a well used. My biggest complaint is that the AC unit did not cool the unit well. We did better by opening the windows and taking advantage of the draft.
That said, we paid considerably less for this place than many other similar locations. |

| The location was absolutely perfect, off the main street (no street noise), right on the beach, close to all the amenities of the Kihea area. Our unit was a 1 bed, 1 bath unit. The condo was well stocked and clean, and no bugs. The beach was quiet. My ONLY complaint is the air conditioning unit is located in the living room area and was not large enough for the condo, and thus the bedroom area was too warm for us (we like a cool bedroom at 64 degrees). This was a big enough issue to cause me to rate the comfort and overall at 4 instead of 5. If you like a warm bedroom (70 degrees) this won't bother you. Even with that, we would definitely stay here again. |

| Although the look is a bit oudated, the location was amazing. Quiet and peaceful. The view was outstanding and you can snorkel and swim steps away. We found our favorite eating places in Kehei near Kalama beaches - GREAT food GREAT prices. Wonderful place to stay that is not so touristy. |

| This condo was stocked with everything you can imagine from cookware, beach gear, bathroom toiletries and even some sugar and coffee in the pantry. The view from our lanai (porch) was so nice to sit at to watch the sunset, listen to the ocean crashing along the beach and just feel serene. Kihei is a great central location to drive anywhere in Maui. This place is located a block away from a grocery store and plaza where you can find several restaurants and gear. We loved this condo and would go back there in an instant. |
