Recent Ewa Hotel Waikiki Review: "Very clean, Convenient and safe location. Healthy complimentary breakfast to start with(boiled eggs, fresh Orange juice, toast and doughnut holes) The staff is very nice. Rented room with refrigerator and cook top. They had basic cooking utensils and plates,cups and silverware. Walls are extremely dirty and the door in a very bad condition. But the  room was very clean with new carpet. Carry soap,shampoo etc. for they are not too fancy like big hotels. Overall a good,safe,convenient place.Walking distance for Zoo,Beach,shopping,market place and bus stops. Close(for driving) to Diamond Head, iolani palace, Convention center, airport. I preferred staying this part of town because when you walk out of Hotel, it is so lively with waterfront, people, shopping and eating place. If you stay near convention center, all you see is busy roads(with vehicles) and too many homeless people with not so safe to walk around."
