Location. Resting on ten acres of lush landscape along the Beach Course golf course, Outrigger Fairway Villas combine a strategic location with luxurious features and contemporary plantation architecture in beautiful Waikoloa, Hawaii. King's Golf Course is adjacent to the property and there are several small lakes strewn about the immediate area. Lush tropical forests mingle with palm-speckled beaches of black, gold, white and even green sands on the Big Island. Kilauea Volcano is in a constant state of eruption these days, pouring molten lava down its massive slopes and into the ocean, ultimately forming more landmass.
