| 滞在中ずっと雨だったのであまり出る気にならずワイキキ方面には行けなかった毎年〔２５年）かかさずにハワイには行きますが今年は最悪の天気でした。 |

| My kids and I enjoyed every minute. We enjoyed the pools, restaurants and most important the location. You didnʻt have to leave the hotel because they had everything you needed. My family and I vacation here almost once a year. Itʻs a big treat for us. |

| Found everyone to be friendly and helpful at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Unfortunately, while our room was comfortable in the sense of furnishings etc we very close to the service lifts which were noisy. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to relocate us per our request. However, the inconvenient noise would not stop me from re-booking with the Hilton again but I would ensure that I was able to secure a room away from the lifts. Great family holiday location! |

| 작년에 너무좋아서 올해 가족여행으로 다시 선택한 하와이여행..작년에는 쉐라톤호텔에 아주 만족을 하였는데..올해는 아이들 물놀이 때문에 힐튼하와이언 빌리지를 선택하였습니다.객실이 많아서 정신이 없을까봐 은근히 걱정을 선택을 했는데 전혀 걱정할필요가 없었습니다.오히려 다양한 경험으로 아주 만족하였습니다.객실상태도 깨끗하고 만족스런 여행이였습니다.특히 어린아이들을 데리고 하는 가족여행엔 추천합니다. |

| I stayed here at the very tail end of my 10 day vacation. The staff were courteous and helpful. They gave me an upgraded room and a late checkout. So, my family enjoyed two days' worth of poolside activities. Well worth it to me.
The surrounding restaurants on the Hilton grounds were expensive and not very good. They rolled their eyes when we wanted to charge the meals to our room. Whatever billing policy/process is going on between Hilton and those businesses--it's reflects poorly on the entire experience. |

| 2月初旬に子連れで2泊しました。
最初TAPAタワーの低層階に案内されましたが、スーパーボールでバーがうるさく子供が昼寝できないので、部屋を変えてくれないか聞いてみたところ、カリアタワーに変更してもらえました。敷地内でいろいろと事足りるので、そんなに買い物やお出かけしないでホテルでゆっくり、という人には良いホテルだと思いました。
【良かった点】
カリアタワーは下にスタバもあり車寄せもあるので便利。
連れが英語不得意なので、日本語のできるスタッフが多かったのはありがたかった。
敷地内にABCなどがあり、クッキーやコーヒーなどお土産も買える、レストランも充実。
ツアーバス乗り場から近い。
冷たすぎず親しすぎずのスタッフのサービス。
アラモアナまでタクシーですぐ。（歩いている人もいた。チップ込み 10ドルくらい？）
【残念だった点】
立地が観光やDFSなどに歩いて行くには少し遠いです。（でもタクシーでも10ドルしない）
敷地内にペンギンやフラミンゴという事前情報に期待をしていましたが、本当にちょこっといるだけで、若干期待外れでした。
バスルームのシャワーが固定のみなのは、子連れには少し不便でした。

| My partner and I desperately needed some alone time and the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort was a perfect accommodation for our staycation getaway. Though it was pricey, we wouldn't have changed anything! The room service was the best part of our experience! |

| レインボータワーに家族で宿泊しました。エレベーターや廊下などの雰囲気も上質な感じで、お部屋も清潔感があり、ラグーン側のお部屋だったので、ラナイからの夕日がとっても綺麗でした。
プールやショッピングセンターなども充実していて、リゾート気分に浸ることができました♪
ただ、シーズンだったせいかチエックインもチエックアウトも行列が出来ていて、アイスクリームを買うにも１５分くらい並ぶような混雑ぶり。
どこへ行っても日本語が聞こえてくるような環境だったので、英語を習い始めて、外国気分を味わいたかった娘はちょっと不満の様でした。 |

| ホテルのアトラクションのルアウ、桟橋からの潜水艦と近場でも楽しめます。プライベートビーチもゴミゴミした所がなく、良いホテルです。２回目の滞在でしたが、レストランは変わり映え無く・味も冴えない割に高いので、ワイキキとか、モールへの外出に併せ、有名店に行くのがお勧めですね！ |
