| 優點：櫃台服務人員很熱心。飯店內就有很多活動可以參加。地點很方便。
缺點：1. 我們住的那間房間內有一個小門是和另外一間客房相通。但當天我們並不認識隔壁客房的人。清潔人員竟然沒有詢問過，就不斷的猛力敲門要我們把小門打開。令我們感到莫名其妙! 2. 浴室的大浴巾竟然有一條有口紅印和汙漬。非常噁心! |

| 立地よし、設備よし、従業員の態度もよい。よくないのは、朝食であった。バイキング形式ですが、滞在中同じものを食べるのは苦労する。もうすこし質を良くしてほしい。 |

| 2012年12/25-31に家族4人(6歳児と2歳児含む)で滞在。
皆様がレビューで書かれている通り、部屋自体の古さは否めない。またダブルベッドで予約をしていたのがワンベッドになっていてフロントのチェックインに時間がかかったり、トイレがすぐにつまったり、1日2本のFREEの水が来ない日があったりなど、気になることを言い出せばキリがないのだが、すべてこちらからリクエストしたら対応してくれた。こういうところ含めて古き良きアメリカのリゾートホテルと感じた。いろいろリクエストする機会があったので英語を話す機会も多く、アメリカを堪能したい人はいいのではないか！？(笑)
また、そういうマイナスを差し引いても、このホテルならではの解放感と雰囲気、なによりもビーチの目の前で、ショッピングにも食事にも便利 な立地は他には変えられない物があった。妻が狙っていたUGGのショップがホテル内に入っていてアラモアナにはないラインナップがあり(メーカー直営店の為在庫豊富だそう)、アラモアナには翌日に返品にいった。EGGS'N'THINGSの2号店までも歩いて1分、並んでない時間帯で家族で堪能。ホテルのプールも子供と遊ぶのにちょうどいいサイズで楽しめた。部屋のアメニティや装飾に気を使うことは無いし、部屋の防音も意外に優れていて(隣りの部屋には子供4人の6人家族がいたようだがほとんど声が聞こえて来なかった)、子供が小さいわが家にとっては過不足ない滞在場所となった。 |

| We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Waikiki for 3 nights just after christmas, the service wasn't great unless you were Japanese. We had to line up at reception for over 20 minutes as they were under staffed and our room was not ready we were told to come back in 2 hours. Staff were not friendly at all. Did not give us a warm welcome.
We were on the 21st floor the views were great but you would have to wait for the lifts for a couple of minutes and they were always over crowded.
The room was run down and but the furniture was ok. The light switches were from the seventies and the bathroom was very old the wall paper was falling off the wall. The lamps were stained and looked dirty this hotel is very run down and is in need of renovations. You could hear neighboring guests having showers or walking above you, doors slamming definitely not a quiet peaceful hotel.
We noticed that the Japanese received great friendly service from staff. We were not treated nicely by staff. This hotel is in a fabulous position but is not worth the money. Not up to Hyatt standards!!! |

| I called ahead and I was able to check in early. The line to check in was so long and so slow. At one point there was one person working at the counter and about eight people in line. The person at the counter was really nice. My room was nice too until I got to the bathroom. There was hair everywhere, in the shower and on the floor. The floor was really dirty too. The bed was comfortable. The room was constantly too warm. I had the air conditioner on but that didn't seem enough. The food and drink service at the pool was very slow, both days I had to go to the bar to get a drink. Overall, the staff was friendly and the location is great. For the price I paid, I expected a little more. I probably won't stay there again unless I find a really good deal. |

| Vi valgte ocean front rom og fikk 29. etasje. Flott balkong, kjempestort rom, lite støy fra gatenivå, litt lytt mellom rommene, veldig hjelpsom betjenning. Dyrt men verdt det. |

| ホテルの作りは少し古い感じで、部屋の中ではバス・トイレ一緒なのが少し気になりました。が、清潔に管理されロケーションはmain streatの端っこで目の前にビーチがあって、サイコーでした。次も是非利用したいと思ってます。 |

| ホテルとは 直接関係無いかもしれませんが
ホテル内のレストラン（プールサイド）で コースのディナー
で ビーフの焼き具合ウエルダムを所望したところ
真っ黒に焦げた硬い 肉を持ってきた
墨を食っているみたいで にがい
ウェイトレスに旨を伝えたが 言っておくとだけで 謝りも 値引きも無かった
最後の夜と 高かったが 思い切ったのに 裏切られた感だ
ホテルのレストランに あるまじき 料理を食べさせられ
ホテルとは 関係ないのだろうが ホテル内にあるのに
大変 お粗末なレストランだ お蔭でホテルのイメージ
が ダウンしてしまった
折角の 素晴しい 思いも壊されてしまいました |

| 저는 3개월 전, 호텔스닷컴을 이용하여 하얏트 리젠시 호텔, 킹베드. 오션프론트뷰로 신청을 했습니다.
3개월 전 조항에는 취소가 안된다는 것이 명시되었습니다. 3개월 전에 예약한 것이기에 정확하게 룸이 보장되리라 생각했습니다.
그렇게 도착을 했는데 로비에는 오션프론트 뷰로 가능한 객실은 싱글 베드 밖에 없다는 것이었습니다. 신혼여행인데...
킹베드로 원할 경우 시티뷰로 가야한다고 하더군요... 이건 몬가요? |
