| It was certainly a great room for the money for an Outstanding Hotel, location and Convenience! I guess the only thing that held me from marking it a completely high rating is the fact that we were not informed of instructions about checking in being that it is separate owners within the hotel. The front desk clerk who was extremely helpful kept asking us if "they" explained anything to us. I normally book online and get a print out. That led to an hour and a half wait in the lobby because our names were not on the check in list and the front desk had to contact the contact manager for Jet Luxury. We had to go to the front desk twice for parking info and door keys and both times we were told we were not on the hotel register and the clerk told us sorry, but I told him I have a key for my room?? He wasn't sure what to do. Luckily the woman that checked us in was there! Another clerk said the samething when we had to get new door keys(and this was the second day!), until I asked her does it matter if we are with Jet Luxury? She said, "Oh.. yeah, because thats a different screen" These were somethings that can be overlooked but certainly need attention if you are travelling and just got off an 6 hour flight. But I have to say the duration of the stay was excellent! We certainly enjoyed the convenience of the location to everything and the room was certainly a little upscale for the price and I would certainly book our stay again and reccommend it! | I paid an amount considerably higher than quoted and have been referred back and forth calling both the Hotel and Jet Luxury (JL) 3 times each.
I finally figured out that JL is the entity representing private owners of individual hotel rooms.
The quote was from JL and my credit card statement indicates that JL received my payment, but JL insists that I
speak with Ala Moana Hotel to reconcile this fiasco.
Still unsettled! Extremely upsetting!!! |

| It was great to stay at a top notch hotel for half the price. I would have been confused about where to check in, however, if I had not read a previous review. (Check in is at the regular desk.) |

| The hotel itself was great - way better than the money I paid. The room (privately owned) was very crowded (I couldn't get from one side of the room to the other without crawling over the bed) and the little things (coffee for the coffee maker was not provided e.g.) were not done. |

| I think it would've been even better had the valet attendant known about Jetliving at Ala Moana , they had never even heard of it. Once i finally got into the Ala moana Hotel and went to the front desk and asked them where jetliving at Alamoana was ,The lady there said you ckeck in right here. |
