| 와이키키에서 10분 정도 떨어져 있었던 것이 오히려 더 좋았던 듯.. 와이키키는 완전 바글바글.. 사람이 너무 많아서 정신이 없었는데.. 여긴 프라이빗하고 여유로운 느낌이 너무 좋았습니다.
다음에 또 가고 싶어요. |

| 日本語が話せる、コンシェルジュなのに、なぜか、終始英語で対応された。あとで、その人が、日本語を話しているのをきてびっくり！あきらかに、嫌がらせと強く感じた。その一件でほかの行き届いたサービスが、ふっとんだ。
プルメリアのスタッフも、明らかに、日本人とアメリカ人の差別がみられ、良い気分ではなかった。 |

| ビーチ（透明度はワイキキと同じ）がすいており、さすが優雅な雰囲気です。ホクズサンデーブランチはそれほどでも。夏休みで子供、日本人が多く、欧米人がもっと多ければさらにｇｏｏｄ．ツインベッドになっていなくてチェックインが1時間遅れましたが、眺めのよい部屋にアップグレードしていただけました。ホテル内レストランは週末は旅行前から予約した方がいいかもしれません。近隣のレストラン、子供向けカジュアル店も紹介してもらえます。 |

| The Kahala is a beautiful resort in an exquisite location. I found all the staff to be exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful-everyone seemed very happy to be working there. I would definitely go back!! |

| ホテルの方々の対応も非常によかった。
ＤＶＤプレイヤーの設置や、レンタカーの手配なども頼んだけど非常に対応がよかった。
ベルデスクなども明るい人が多く、よかった。
朝ごはんも非常に美味しく、特にクレープを棒状に巻いてクリームがかかっているものが美味しかった。英語での対応ももちろんだが、日本語スタッフもいて非常にスムースだった。
あえて苦言をいうと、水回りのシャワーなどのがちょと古いかなといういう感じ、日本系のホテルなのでトイレにはウオッシュレットがあると◎。
後は、ビーチの屋根付きサンラウンジャーの使用料金が少し高いこと、ＳＯＮＹオープンの開催コースが真隣にあるのにホテルのゲストがプレーできない
という事は少しストレスでした。
ただ、池にイルカがいたり、海ガメがいたりと、
家族で行くにはとて もいいホテルでした。 |

| I visited this place with my future wife
for romantic getaway.
She loved it, I loved it too.
It was the best day I have ever had in my life.
It was fun although we stayed at the hotel all the time. |

| This hotel is outstanding! I spent 2months in hotels in Oahu and this was bar FAR the best place I stayed. It is wonderful, the staff is awesome, the accomodations are breathtaking, the grounds are gorgeous. The beach is only people staying at the resort, the furnished lanais are amazing, the turndown service in the evening is wonderful. The food at the restaurant is awesome, the service is great! The dolphins are adorable and the dolphin trainers are very nice. The hotel itself is beautiful and everything is amazing! I have suggested this place to many friends who have gone and had a wonderful experience and I plan to go back again when I am in Hawaii. It is worth the price tag and it is a bargain at ANY cost! |
