An inexpensive alternative for a single traveler or budget conscience couple. Rooms are clean, but are in need of refurbishing.
I will certainly stay again, but would select alternate if spouse was with me.
Extremely convenient to PCC, BYUH, beaches, grocery and restaurants.

If you would like to stay outside of Waikiki it is really your only reasonably priced option outside of Waikiki. You can easily walk to the Polynesian Cultural Center and you can get a discount on tickets to go there.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was quiet.
It was not terribly clean. For instance, the carpet was in desperate need of a Rug Doctor.
We had geckos in our room both nights we stayed there, but that was fairly common in Hawaii.
