| What an excellent hotel & service! Unfortantly our visit was cut a day short by Delta who cancelled our arrival flight - but the hotel staff adjusted our visit & didn't charge us even though we arrived a day late. beautiful beach & pools, nice restaurants - reasonbly priced (Chucks steakhouse was very good!).
I'd go back here every time I visit Ohau - very private & nice location! |

| Certainly a lovely place to stay with lots of space for families and couples. The staff was not overly friendly, and the bartenders at the poolside lounges were not polite to my 'of legal drinking age' children. The pillows in the hotel room were very stiff and hard. When I requested more pillows to try and find one more comfortable, they brought 4 pillows, but all were just as hard and uncomfortable. Next time I will bring my own. The staff in the coffee shop were fabulous and saved the day when it came to making guests feel welcome. |

| Best hotel ever!!! We stay at this time every time we are going to Oahu!! Service is great, rooms are clean, and the pools are unreal! |

| The iron had black speckles coming out of the steamer. There were no place to sit to do computer work or note taking. Maid locked the bathroom door after cleaning the room.
Front Desk and Bell Services were great. |

| Awesome!! This resort was what I pictured Hawaii to be. My kids loved the property so much they never wanted to leave. It was a perfect location, away from busy Waikiki, but a close enough drive if you wanted to go visit for a few hours. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They have daily activities for the kids, which my girls enjoyed a lot. They also have "linger longer" where you can stay and use the facilities after check out if your flight doesn't leave until later in the day. We'll definitely stay here again next time we go to Hawaii. |
