Recent Maui Seaside Hotel Review: "Stayed a week earlier 2 nites at the Kona Seaside, liked it, now needed to spend 1 more nite in Maui before our flight out to yet another island. The place is right in line with the cruise line docks, so 2 lots away was a large lovely NCL vessel that we know stayed over 24 hrs. Beautiful view of the harbor and ship lights from our picture window 2nd floor rm. No balcony on our unit, but the whole grounds were so inviting and had lounges & chairs set up all around not just by the pool. Along with our very reasonable accomodations, we each got free Bfst Vouchers worth appx. 8-9.00 each.. and unlimited coffee refills. It was only a 5-6 min. taxi to the airport, nearby (walking distance) is a huge mall w. Foodland, Sears, Macys, many restaurants is sure to please...called Queen ----- Mall. Ruby's Diner was very reasonable. Just be aware that the trolley you'll see with the name of this shopping mall on it... is JUST for those on the cruise ships."
