| Hotel has multiple buildings and is right on the road and beach. We stayed on the lower level which was really loud b/c the people upstairs were stomping about at all hours. The hotel did nothing to change our room, since the hotel was full. We stayed in the part of the hotel where the hot tub is and its not built very well b/c you can hear every step of those above you. It was real annoying, like living inside a kettle drum. Despite this one bad point, you can avoid this by getting an upper level room. All else about the hotel is great-- happy hour by the hot tub overlooking the ocean; a nice clothing optional plunge pool; beach location (not a white sand beach--more mud brown/gray but nice to walk on), and friendly staff and a good concierge. They are also have one new building now under construction that looks to be nice. The property is mostly gay clientele, but gay friendly straight folks that like the clothing optional part or the location would be comfortable here I think. |

| Very impressed with the entire staff. Everybody was most friendly and helpful. The locaation right across from the beach was great. |

| When I first got there the hotel was pretty "straight". There were no afternoon happy hours or other activities at the hotel. I think this is important and is missing. The hotel is a good value, you aren't charged a fee for this and a fee for that. It is clean and most things work.
There is a nice beach directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel provides beach chairs, sand mats, and towels for guest use. |

| This was our first time to maui, and we thought the hotel was perfect for what we needed. We will be back, already planning for next year. |

| My sister and I stayed, both straight and it was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly. The room was a pretty good size with fridge, microwave, sink, tv with dvd & vcr. They don't have double beds but we didn't mind sharing the king. The location was in a very good spot. It's more in a neighborhood surrounding. Small beach right across from it. We would definitely stay again and would recommend for the gay or staight couple minus the kids. |
