We stayed in B202 for 5 nights. (There are two buildings, A and B.) Sure, the decor was dated, but it was clean and was perfect for a longer stay in Maui because of the fridge and microwave provided. Also liked the large balcony with a dining table outside and the in-unit washer and dryer (although we didn't use it). (Would have been nice if laundry and dish detergent and sponge were included.) Free and plentiful parking. On a very convenient street (South Kihei); just drive south on South Kihei to hit a long stretch of restaurants and supermarkets and beach. We did not use the pool nor did we go to the beach that's pretty much in the back of the buildings. Each unit is like a full apartment: ours had 1 bedroom and 2 baths (1 w/ tub, another w/ shower only), full kitchen, and 2 TVs (in bedroom and living room) so it was very roomy and homey. So long as you're not here for a luxury experience, you'll enjoy this practical, affordable, comfy, and convenient place.
