| I had read some negative reviews of this complex, but we were satisfied. It costs less than other places because it is a bit old and there is no maid service while there. It is not fancy, but if you are satisfied with basics it is a good place to stay. |

| This is a one bedroom condo that belongs to someone. It is very homey and cozy but we are tall people and found it a little cramped. |

| The hotel rooms has to be improve. The water leeking in the sink. the entarance door is with pilling paint. the noise issolation is not good. the interior walls are dirthy and needs new wall paper or paint, the carpet smailing bad, etc. |

| Bed was very weak and uncomfortable, while the towels are clean and fresh. There is a stale odor of old cigarettes and fresh bug spray. I didn't see any bugs. Our allergies were severe while the ceiling fans and a/c were on, but fine with windows open. It's on the main kihei rd, so it's loud with traffic.Old style windows and sliding doors so very poor noise control. Good plus is that you want to get out of there and check out maui. Kitchen major appliances are modern and work great but the micro is super old and weak so it's really useless, took at least 7 minutes to half cook a bag of popcorn. Carpet is vacuumed but leave your shoes on, it's dirty. You get what you pay for. Actual condo, so you'll be staying with locals as neighbors, so watch out for stink eye! Very small pool, but beaches are across the street. Close to shopping and restaurants. aloha! |

| It was very affordable and a nice size one bedroom for the price. Clean. I wanted to watch dvd's but the tv was too old, but overall I was very satisfied, especially with the price since Hawaii hotel costs are ridiculous. |

| Traveler should be advised there is no maid service for 3 nights and office is only open 9-5. |

| Let's be honest, it's across the street from the Beach In Maui, a huge plus. That being said, it was not as clean as I would have hoped, the stovetop did not work, the oven was rusty and the front desk had very short hours. It is on a main street so noise is high and there were some late nioght knocks at the door (About 2AM) which made sleeping harder than I would have hoped. |
