| Amazing! Beautiful hotel and location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!Great location in Waikiki. Close enough to clubs, Diamond Head etc!! Loved it!! |

| Stayed in a Partial Ocean View Room in the Tower building. Room was very comfortableand clean. Tea facilities were not good and there are no treats to go with your tea or coffee. Woken one morning at 7.45am as they were cleaning the room next door and doing maintenance. No apologies. |

| 両親が結婚５０周年を迎えるため、金婚式記念にと思い、評価の高いこのホテルでの滞在をプレゼントしたのですが、予め金婚式記念ですと、お伝えしていたところ、サプライズでワインを頂いたり（しかもとても美味しいワインだったと）、たまたま空いていたからではありますが、英語の話せない両親に早くチェックインをさせてくれたりと、サービスが秀逸でした。
おかげさまで本当に素晴らしい滞在ができました。一生に何度もある機会ではないので、こちらとしても、いい想い出を作ってもらいたい気持ちでいっぱいだったのですが、本人たちにとっても素晴らしい想い出になったようで、とても嬉しそうに滞在中のエピソードを語ってくれました。これもホテルの皆様のサポート体制のおかげと、とても感謝しています。ありがとうございました！ |

| Beautiful hotel. Stayed on the City View Side. Bathroom small and noise level very high from not having room sound proofing. Staff somewhat friendly. I would stay again, but not on the City View Side of the hotel. |

| 何度か利用しております。利便性やステイタスを考えるとこの料金でも仕方がないと諦めております。ただしビーチチェアの利用料が全日$50は少し高いような気がします。ず～っと前は無料(無料は余所の方も利用してしまうので反対)以前は$40 $10も値上げされる意図がサッパリ^^; まぁ次回も利用しますし他人にも勧めますがあくまでもある程度余裕のある方限定です。 |

| This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, the beds are perfection and I never wanted to leave! I highly recommend the spa and drinks at the beach bar. I just wish I could have done the historic tour of hotel because Im sure it would be very interesting but we weren't there long enough. Also, the breakfast at the restaurant is really great. The hotel is smack bang in the middle of everything you need, couldn't ask for a more perfect location, lots of restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Can't wait to go back! |

| ホテルの料金とは別に1日何ドルかのリゾート料金のようなものをとられました。
最初の説明をしっかりしてもらえなかったので、契約しなければ、料金は発生しないものなのかと思ったいましたが、チェックアウトの時に、いきなり請求が！！！
使っても使わなくても、料金はかかると…。
最初に言ってくれれば、料金に含まれる国際電話やヨガ教室を利用したのに…。
最後に残念な気分になりました。 |

| We loved it, great hotel right next to Dukes our favorite hang out for Mai Tai's. Right on the beach, beautiful. Will be back again. |

| タワープレミアムで最上階に泊まりました。山側の部屋だけど海もしっかり見えます。個人的には山側の眺めのほうが好きです。見所は建物です。古き良きワイキキを思い起こさせるノスタルジックなエントランスは居心地抜群、チェックインまでの時間もここでゆったりくつろげました。朝食のバイキングは和食を美味しく頂きました。 |

| 一进酒店，就被浓浓的度假气氛感染，建筑独具热带海滨酒店的风格。前台入住手续的速度极慢，不过回报是态度很好，热心地把我们的cityview的客房换到了朝海面，因为街道上晚上会比较吵。 |
