| The shuttle service from and to the airport was very convenient. Also the bus service was nearby allowing us to travel to Waikiki inexpensively. Hotel staff was very helpful and the food and service in the hotel restaurant was excellent. |

| Cockroaches in room. Got stuck in the elevator. Went to report it and the front desk person was too busy talking to someone to even help me. |

| We needed a place to stay one night in Honolulu to get an early flight the next morning. The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the hotel was very useful, and the driver helped us with our heavy bags. The room was quite large for the location, although the layout of the bathroom was a little cramped. |

| The hotel staff are extremely friendly, especially Kehau at the front desk. She was fabulous! We've stayed at this hotel 3 times so far and never had any bad experiences. We weren't looking for anything overly fancy, this place was clean, comfortable and the airport shuttle service is fantastic and convenient. |
