Recent Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber Review: "This hotel had very few flaws in our opinion. If we were to complain about anything it may be that the pool closed to early at night (6 PM), parking was too expensive ($18/night), or maybe the air conditioning was not cool enough. However these things are very minor in our opinion. The room was very clean and the maids were very courteous and prompt in cleaning the rooms. The room were updated and not run down. The hotel was very close to Waikiki Beach and a lot of the fun night time fun. All the people we dealt with at the hotel were very helpful and courteous also. We really have nothing bad to say about the hotel. We could spend more for on a hotel, but we figure we use hotels for a bed and this definitely fit the bill. I would recommend this hotel to anyone friend or family. We had a very good experience."

Waikiki established its reputation as a getaway when the Moana Surfrider opened its doors in 1901.
