| ワイキキのショッピングエリア中心にあり、トロリーも向かいのロイヤルハワイアンセンターのチーズケーキファクトリーに泊まるため、レンタカー無しでも十分です。フロントも日本語対応でき、チェックインもスムーズでした。バスタブが正方形の深さ30センチくらいで体を沈めることは不可能です。シャワーだけと思ってください。冷蔵庫は容量もほどよく、よく冷えます。ミネラルウォーターのサービスはありませんが、近くのＡＢＣストアで購入できるので不便は感じませんでした。無料でインターネットがお部屋で使えるのは便利でした。ただ眺望は残念ながら、ホテルの屋根ばかりが見えて、海はほんの少ししか見せません。高層階をリクエストしましたが、結局10階で希望はかないませんでした。それ以外は全般的に満足できるレベルでした。宿泊者が無料 で乗れるサービスは終了しており残念でしたが、ＪＣＢカードがあればピンクラインに無料で乗れるサービス期間中で助かりました。 |

| 宿泊した部屋がなんと二階！
三階からエレベーターにルームキーを挿さなければボタンが押せないのですが、二階はマジックオブポリネシアンの会場があるからかルームキー無しで二階のボタンが押せたのがちょっと気になりましたし、マジックオブポリネシアンのトイレの横から普通に客室にいけたのも気になりました。
次回からはもっといい部屋に泊まろうと思います。 |

| 夫婦と娘と３歳の孫を連れてのハワイ旅行。飛行機便の関係で午前中にホテルに到着しましたが、トランク等一時預かりもＯＫでした。ホテルは、バス、トロリーでの移動、徒歩でワイキキビーチ、徒歩でＪＣＢプラザ、等全てにおいて、便利な位置にありました。また、部屋は２０階の部分オーシャンビューでしたが、海も山も見えて、ほぼ満足です。部屋の中も、静かで、子供もすやすや眠る事が出来ました。エレベーターも部屋のカードを差し込んでから自分の階のボタンを押すので、セキュリティも完璧。価格も大満足です |

| Amazing location! Right across from some good shopping and nice resturants! Not even a 5 min walk to the beach so it was awesome, when I go back to hawaii I will stay here again! :) |

| I was there for business. However, I was also there while APEC was there. HUGE traffic problems. That's not the hotel's fault nor is it something that happens all the time. Good things about the hotel: gym, convenience, hotel room size for price. Things that need improvement: PARKING PRICE. $30 a day is the highest I've come across. Ridiculous. |
