Recent Ohana Waikiki Malia Review: "this hotel belongs to the Outrigger group and yet is one of the best in the area (Kuhio/Lewers) where the Beachwalk is and also in the center of shopping areas. the beach is only a 10-minute walk. the gay bars are just around the corner and a couple of blocks away. the International Market Place is only 3 blocks down. the rooms (Malia Tower) are well  appointed. probably a little smaller in square footage, but it has a seating area and a small balcony to breathe fresher air. it is centralized air-conditioned. the higher floors are quieter than the lower floors. the staff are nice and warm. beds are always tidied-up. there is no room-service, but there is an IHOP next to the lobby and a sports bar as well. overall my stay in this hotel is more than satisfactory. i will stay there again on my next visit. i will also recommend this to my friends/family."
