Recent Old Wailuku Ulupono Review: "It is not luxuriou Hotel, but when coming in,feeling like back home. It is an old styled two layer house with several rooms with a back yard .the lobby and the dinning room were well decorated. There is a steinway &sons upright piano in the lobby, snacks in the dinning room. They make fresh breakfast in the morning with different menus of the week.  We stayed in the room called birds of paradise. it was very clean and cozy. the king bed was covered with a memory foam pad, its very comfortable. I also like the hawaii style quilt, pretty. It is five miles from the airport, easy to go anywhere of the island, but away from main streets,so not noisy at all. I don't expect a better place. The price also wins. I love it very much."
