| Vorab : Wir waren mit unserer Wohnung ( Zimmer wäre untertrieben ) sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten OzeanView gewählt, was wirklich eingehalten wurde. Vom Balkon aus konnte man der ca. 20..30m entfernten Brandung zuschauen und das in Richtung Sonnenuntergang. Romantik pur ! Der Strand direkt am Hotel geht definitiv nicht zum Baden. Statt dessen gibt es (unter anderem) einen tollen Pool von dem aus man direkt über das Meer blickt. Das Zimmer war toll eingerichtet, auch die Küche war komplett (einschließlich Geschirrspüler). Über die ganze Anlage verteilt gibt es BBQ, die perfekt in Schuss sind und zum abendlichen grillen einladen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen das wir in unserer Wohnung eine komplette "Strandausrüstung" gefunden haben (Stühle, Bodyboard, Schnorchelausrüstung etc.), ob dies der Standard oder ein Präsent von Vormietern ist wissen wir natürlich nicht, toll war es jedenfalls. Das Hotel liegt ca. 6 Meilen außerhalb von Kona. Es sind sehr schöne Strände im Umkreis von ca. 10 Fahrminuten. Ein Auto ist für den Aufenthalt unerläßlich. Beachten sollte man das die Rezeption nur von 8:00-17:00Uhr geöffnet ist. Ein "Late Check In" geht wohl irgendwie, aber es macht sicher Sinn vor 17:00 Uhr einzutreffen. Überhaupt scheint sich das Hotel eher als eine Ferienwohnungsvermietung zu verstehen. Zimmerservice kommt nur auf Anforderung bzw. bei Abreise. Die Außenanlagen waren top in Ordnung, alle 3 Pools sauber und das Personal jederzeit freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder. |

| This is a perfect place to stay if there is a large group of people.
My wife & I had the run of the whole place. Great pool, short walk to the shops.

| These units overlook calm and beautiful Keauhou Bay. It is worth it to spend a little extra and book an ocean view or ocean front room. It's about a 10 minute drive to the nearest usable sand beach and a few minutes more into Kailua town. The literature does not tell you that some units do not have air conditioning. Those that do add $15 per day. Usually, the fans provided are sufficient. The exterior of the property is well landscaped. There are three uncrowded swimming pools. The unit interiors could use some TLC but are spacious by Hawaii standards. If arriving after 5 PM you will need to track down the security guard to get your key. The staff is very pleasant and responsive. |

| 初めてのハワイ島旅行で３泊利用しました。２階と３階のメゾネットタイプで、リビングからフェアウェイ越しに海を望むとても心地よいお部屋でした。ベッド、トイレ、シャワーがそれぞれ３つあり、４人では利用しきれませんでした。初日は室内が少し暑く感じましたが、二日目以降は空気が入れ替わったためか、空調なしでも快適に過ごせました。ジャグジーは毎晩利用しましたが、数歩ですがシャワーと離れているため、少しだけ不便を感じましたが、それを十分補える気持ち良さがありました。洗濯機と乾燥機が室内にありとても便利でした。車で数分の場所にケアウホウショッピングセンターがあり、夜１０時まで開いているので買物にも不自由しませんでした。マウナケアやキラウエアなどたくさん予定を組んでいましたが、もっと宿でゆったり過ごしたかったと 感じました。次回はぜひ敷地内のバーベキューやプールなどの施設も利用してみたいと考えています。 |

| The Condominium is nice, if you play golf. Our place was front of golf corse so random stranger just standing 10 feet away from your livingroom and look into what we are doing and wave their hands... Good intention...But not so nice if you don't want to be greeted by strangers while you are relaxing your place.
After all busy golfers are away, ocean was nearby and open green is pretty. Opossum was cute but they peed near the window just a few inch away from my bed. So I smelled pee all night. Not so nice. |

| This is a condo environment that is nicely landscaped and sits along the ocean. You don't really have water front access and you have to drive to get anywhere, even the local shopping center. A nearby beach, the shopping center and restaurants, etc. were just a few minutes away. Our unit was nicely decorated, well-maintained and near a nice pool. Our two bedroom-two bath condo with a sleeper sofa and full kitchen easily accommodated our three adults and two kids. |

| This would have been a wonderful vacation spot for my whole family. It is a beautiful site and the rooms are lovely and well appointed.
It was not appropriate for me as I was attending a conference at the Sheraton. I was told it was in walking distance, so I recommend whoever stays there have their rental car. |

| Great location with everything you look for in a hotel in Hawaii. Huge 2bd 2ba condo, very clean, but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. |

| We had read mixed reviews about this hotel and talked to a couple who had stayed at it in October 2008 so we were somewhat leery as to what we had reserved. The condition of the room depends on how the owners furnish and maintain it so what you see on the web site is not what you are getting. We lucked out and got a good room. Several items were dated - like the kitchen cupboards and ceramic tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms, but the carpet has been replaced, furniture was clean and it had new appliances. We rented a two bedroom ocean view condo and it was spacious and airy, however there was no air conditioning. For the most part we didn't miss the air conditioning to moderate the temperature of the condo, however the birds are really loud at daybreak and the constructions workers began promptly at 7:00 am. There was construction ongoing for the ocean pool so it was closed during our stay, but the two other pools were open. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the balcony with the ocean view enjoying the crashing of the wave on the shore. There is no beach at this hotel, however there is a beach with swimming and snorkeling only a five minute drive away. There is a grocery store and some restaurants two minutes away. We would definitely stay in this particular condo room again. |
