| Our room was on the second level just steps from the rocky shore in Kona-Kailua. We had a great view of the ocean, breakers and shoreline of Kona. |

| This hotel is located in a great spot. You are right on the water. We reserved a room with a partial ocean view, but all partial ocean view rooms have a great view of the ocean and the pool. I was told I would have to pay for internet too, but it was everywhere. You have to pay for parking even if you are a hotel guest. Really nice pool, walk down the beach to the resort next door for dinner, cocktails and an outstanding sunset. The resort next door also has a luau. I don't spend alot of time inside my hotel, because i'm very active. If you are going to stay in the hotel for luxury, this is not you place. If you want a place with an average decor, a kitchen, friendly service and a great view, this is your place. |
