| Was a very comfortable room. But housekeeping never left washclothes. When we called them it took an hour to get them the first day. We also asked for four, they brought 2. The guy seemed to be a little irratated that he had to go back and get more. We just figured that if we asked for 4 wasclothes that we would have 2 left for the next day. When housekeeping came the next morning they took all of them including the clean ones we set aside. So wwe had to call again. We got them within 30 minutes but the guy who brought them was rude.
Room service also was bad. food arrived cold and missing some of the things that were supposed to come with the meal. |

| We loved our stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was the best part.
Self Parking was a bit hard as some cars just took more than one spot but there is additional parking further in the back.
The room was an ocean view room, which we did not realize until later meant that ocean was on one side of the view, so beware of that when booking.
Overall, it was a very satisfying experience! |

| We found this hotel to be excellent in terms of location and amenities. We had a room facing the pool and also had a view of the ocean. A bit noisy at night with the goings on in the main street, but we found this to be fun. |

| Really enjoyed our stay. The decor is beautiful with a traditioanl Hawaiian theme. Lots of real teak which is a thing of the past. Our room was really nicely decorated. Wonderful King pillow top bed. Slept great with the sliding door open and the tropical breeze flowing in. for a 50 year old hotel it's really nice.
All the employees were very nice and helpful. Only ate one meal at the restaurant and it was good with very fresh salad greens.
Pool was a bit disappointing in size and atmosphere. It was okay because the beach is right in front of the hotel and it's a very nice one.
I highly recommend this hotel and will go back again. |

| Vi är nöjda med hotellet men hade vi bokat detta hotell så hade vi bokat ett rum i Tower. Vi bodde i en cottage och rummet var ganska slitet. Vi fick tillfälle att besöka ett rum i tower och rummet var renoverat och fräscht. |

| This hotel is in the middle of the best group of hotels on the island. It is right on the ocean with 2 pools and the best luau in Maui on the property. One of the best known golf courses in Hawaii is connected to the property - Kaanapali. The staff were exceptional and the room was fine. They have a great staff to connect you with any kind of adventure you wish to be part of on the island. The on-site restaurant provided inside or pool side sitting with excellent food and staff. An excellent experience and we will stay there again. |

| Stayed 3 nights - family of four with two teenage sons. Very nice hotel and beach. Hotel grounds beautiful. Service staff very courteous. Nice jogging trails around hotel area. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking spaces very narrow. Wish swimming pools were larger. |

| Delightful resort with quiet location, good views & right on the beach. Two activitiy desks made it easy to book whatever took your fancy. Liked the Hawaiian decor & open feel to the place. Staff were frienldly & helpful. Would only change the mattress, due for a new one, all else was good! Lahaina is a short drive away & was good for shows, dining & shopping. Loved the quaint architecture there. weather was good! |
