Cancel 30 Days Prior To Arrival To Avoid Penalty Of Deposit Taken. Monthly stay policies 10 percent discount from all rates for reservations of 28 days or longer. Five night deposit to confirm within ten days of reservation, 50 percent of entire amount due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance in full due 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits and payments for any non re-booked nights will be forfeited. We will cheerfully refund the payments for all nights that are re-booked.
