| Great location! Close to everything. Great view of canal. Parking spot was never available but quickly resolved . Air conditioner was very noisy ,and the one in the living room never worked except for the fan the whole stay , fortunately we didn't need it very much. The pull out bed was in very bad shape. Everything was clean, kitchen and bathroom arrangement was very convenient with 2 kids. the lanai was fantastic, managers were very nice and considerate of our late arrival and late departure. Would definitely stay there again! |

| stayed here Feb 2012. The first night, we had issues with the room but the next day we moved into another and were very happy with it. The one thing is that we had to accept was that most of these buildings in Waikiki are dated. We heard that some units were totally upgraded but ours wasn't. That said, I would stay here again - not a palace but great value for the $$. We overlooked Ala Wai canal and I recommend that side - we didn't need the air cond. Location is fantastic.
The managers are also fantastic!! |

・駐車場が付いている
・団体客が皆無なので落ち着く
・立地場所
・安い
Badな点）
・築年数が経っているのでメンテ状況によっては故障箇所発生
－滞在中トイレのタンクが故障し、水が
流れなくなる
・wifiが飛んでいない
インターネットのモジュラー渡しなので、
そのままではwifiに繋がらない。
トータルでは非常にお奨めです。
P.S.
今回利用した部屋は一番狭い部屋だったので
圧迫感がありましたが、もっと広い部屋であれば
全く問題なかったかと思います。 |

| This is just a suggestion: The kitchen that I stayed in needed more kitchen supplies:
Dishwashing detergent and include the dishwasher detergent. (Some people just like doing the dishes themselves)
Kitchen needed a more modern manual can opener....I struggled with the old one and cut my hand. Kitchen could use a straigner for pasta and possibly serving bowls. What would also be great is storgae containers, washables are ok. Some of the Kitchen drawered wer broken and off the track. The ac would better circulate if mounted on the top rather than the bottom. All the cold air is circulated on the floor and behind the sofa/sleeper instead of the living room. Another TV in the bedroom would top it off......
Also I had an old paper that instructed me to leave the unit as is and shut down the unit, but when I called to make sure that I wasn't charged they said that was an old memo.....Other than that we had a wonderful time and will stay there again in the future....Kitchen big help when travelling with kids of 2 or more.

| On arrival I was greeted by the security staff who immediately took care of me to get checked in. There were a few minor maintenance problems with the condo but they were rectified within 15 minutes. I can recommend this location highly !!! I will definitely stay here again - thank you Jeanie and staff. |

| The property is dated and in need of reno's/upgrades. This said it is still comfortable and suitable for an extended stay. Parking is included albeit very tight (rent
a small car) but you will be lucky to have your assigned parking spot throughout your stay..... not once during the seven day stay did I have use use of my assigned parking spot but I was always accommodated after being inconvenienced by having to call management for another location. Washer and dryer in suite is a definite plus. |

| I have to say that when I first arrived at the Condo late that night, there was someone there waiting to give me a key. I was not happy with the first room they gave me but they were so nice. The manager, Jeanie was amazing, she not only moved me but bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with the new room and even offered to give my Son a great discount for a room once his ship came in as gratitude for his service in the Navy. The staff were very friendly, nice, helpful. I was most inpressed with how clean everything was throughout the entire building and how safe and secure the building was. The perks and benefits ie: pool, private party cookout areas on the roof, free parking in building with security entrance, camera monitored. did I mention clean, clean clean, within walking distance to all the Hot spots and great views, benefits were unlimited, the access to the beach and Internation Market was great, the views were great and the price was the best in town!!! I definately 100% recommend it!

| The location of this condo unit is central, 4 blocks to beach and near shops on Kuhio Ave. However, that also makes it very noisy, esp. with garbage trucks early morning almost daily. Bring ear plugs, even the ac unit is noisy and close to the bed. Otherwise room 1404 was fine, bit outdated but clean. The maid service was confusing as they came erratically. The unit had a starter coffee set as well as a box of choc mac nuts - sweet gesture. The inlcuded washer/dryer and parking also a plus. Rooftop pool/BBQ ok. "Gym" is tiny. |
