| WARNING: This hotel misrepresents itself online, and the pictures that they provide are deceiving. The hotel rooms are in dire need of renovation, which they claim they will do this year. The downstairs lobby is actually very nice and newly remodeled, but everything else upstairs looks the a cheap roadside motel. They'll nickel and dime you for internet access in the room and any additional amenities, but they'll do it with kind service and a smile. Until they refinish the hotel, stay somewhere else! Please! |

| Business trip. Came here for a cheap night, but had to pay $10 more for internet (not available in the room, but free on the 3rd floor and in lobby) and $20 per night for valet parking. There is a convenient ABC store downstairs. There was no iron in the room. Although it was just me, there were two full size beds for me in the room. My room had a balcony facing the city. It is a 10 minute walk to the beech. Staff was nice. Overall, average hotel, but Honolulu is a great place to vacation. |

| Enjoyed my stay at the hotel because it was very comfortable and convenient location. I requested for a king size bed, but got 2 full size beds; however, I had two balconies to enjoy. Furthermore, the towels were fluffy (new) unlike the towels that were provided at a hotel that I usually stay at, which is a brand name hotel. |

| Accommodations were fine. We had a beautiful view of the entrance way into Waikiki. Location was close to beaches and shopping. Parking was tight but we were able to find street parking for free. |

| I stayed at some overpriced High rises before staying here on the last day of my trip.
Got it for under a hundred with a view of street and good sun 1st thing in am. Rm 1013.
Full mini mart store downstairs had beer and white castle burgers, in the warmer, and fridged Sandwiches too. Friendly staff. I will stay here again.
At far end of Kalakaua Ave, so to walk to Dukes and middle of action is a good 10 minutes walk.
Great value for the money. Will stay here again. Plus they had a working lap pool with a small waterfall , as the Island colony and Ocean resort had theirs under construction. |

| did like paying for parking, it should be included with your stay.
Daytime should have two personal at the front desk. |

| I was satisfied with the king size bed because there were no slight indentations, and the pillows were fluffy. The only downside was that when I called front desk to request for a cork screw, they didn't have any; therefore, I didn't get to enjoy my wine. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, professional as well as courteous, and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. |

| Waikiki Gateway är ett prisvärt hotell med bra läge! Nära till både Waikiki beach o till shoppingstråk.
Hotellet är lite slitet o inte superfräscht men det uppvägs av den trevliga o hjälpsamma personalen o det fina läget! Med ett rum med Oceanview har du kanonfin utsikt! Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att komma tillbaka! |
