My wife and I have been to the Palms twice in two years. Just two blocks from the beach in Wailea, the Palms is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are shops and large resort hotels located a mile away along the beach (a very pleasant walk). Downtown Wailea and Kihei are a short car trip in the other dierction. The Palms offers an excellent alternative to hotel life. We find that cooking for ourselves in a condo saves a lot of time and money, and we enjoy the privacy of our own lanai with views of the ocean and the well-kept grounds.

NO Airconditioner! One small unit in master bedroom only. Sliding walls in second bedroom are less than desireable. Pool and grounds are very nice. Large spacious living and dining room.
