| We would definitely stay at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Villas again. It is a terrific place to vacation. The rooms were modern and clean, the service was top notch, and location was simply beautiful! |

| The hotel was wonderful and we all have many memories to cherish. The room was beautiful, equiped with everything we needed to cook for three teenagers. The beds were cozy and inviting. You do have to get up early if you want a lounge chair poolside. We did feel the hotel personel was a little "stand off-ish." It was hard to engage most of them in conversation other than the standard "Aloha and Mahalo." The housekeepers on the other hand were very friendly and they made sure all our needs were met. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
The only negative incident was at check in they told us we could use the amenities at the Westin Hotel on Kaanapali. One afternoon we took the kids to the hotel, and was instantly run out of the pool because we were'nt guests. Apparently we could charge meals, store items, etc. to our room number but were not allowed to use the pool facilities. The Westin Resort Villas should tell their guests that the pool facilities at the Westin are not part of the privilages. It was save embarassment for their guests. Other than than, we loved the resort and would consider staying there again. |

| The room itself was very romantic. There is a jacuzzi tub that opens up to the bedroom. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on. I'm in the works of purchasing one rigth now. It's located right on the beach where you can find everyone every night enjoying the postcard sunset. Most importantly, at the pool there is a "towel station" that rents snorkels. My other half and I picked these up and no sooner were we in the water snorkeling with sea turtles!! So beautiful. |

| Great room that was clean, well appointed, and oh so comfortable. Service desk provided everything we needed and did so quickly; staff was super-super-friendly and helpful. Nice pool and a great beach- best snorkeling we found anywhere. Nice pool and gardening, beautiful building. A little pricey, but if you want to stay at a great hotel/resort, stay here. Highly recommended! |

| I think it would be good to have a door between the bedroome and the kitchen area to keep down the noise level while someone is in the kitchen and someone is still sleeping.
And a latch or lock on the shutters on the whirlpool bath for a little more privacy when more than just a couple is staying in the room. |
